1. Operator and scope
This policy explains how EGG BASE LAB ("we") handles information in the PixRot mobile application. PixRot does not require an account. We do not directly request names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses in the app.
2. Information processed by advertising services
PixRot uses Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads to display interstitial advertisements. Depending on the user's device, settings, region, and applicable privacy choices, these services may process device identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system information, coarse location derived from IP address, advertising impressions and interactions, app interactions, and performance or diagnostic information.
This information may be used to deliver and measure advertisements, control ad frequency, prevent fraud and abuse, analyze performance, diagnose technical problems, and maintain the advertising service. Advertising providers may process information as described in their own policies. For details, review the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy.
3. Advertising choices
PixRot does not request permission to track activity across other companies' apps and websites through Apple's AppTrackingTransparency framework. Device privacy and advertising choices can be reviewed in iOS or iPadOS Settings. Where required, advertising providers may offer additional privacy choices within an advertisement. The game remains playable if an advertisement is unavailable.
4. Data stored locally on the device
Game progress, completed levels, audio and vibration settings, and other preferences are stored locally on the user's device. Drawings created with the Create Puzzle feature and the resulting custom puzzle images are also stored locally. We do not upload or receive these drawings or local game data on our own servers. Local data can be removed by deleting the relevant content in the app, where available, or by uninstalling the app.
5. Sharing, retention, and international transfers
Advertising and technical information may be shared with Unity and advertising partners participating through Unity LevelPlay. We do not sell personal information directly. Third-party providers retain and process information according to their own policies and may process it outside the user's country. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by law.
6. Security
We use platform security features and reputable third-party service providers to help protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Children
PixRot is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe that a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
8. Your privacy rights and deletion requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data. To make a privacy or deletion request, contact us below. Because PixRot has no account system, we may need device or advertising-service information to help identify a request. You may also contact Unity through the methods in its privacy policy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, third-party services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.

本ポリシーは、EGG BASE LAB（以下「当方」）がモバイルアプリ「PixRot」で 情報を取り扱う方法を説明するものです。PixRotはアカウント登録を必要とせず、 アプリ内で氏名、住所、電話番号またはメールアドレスの入力を直接求めません。
2. 広告サービスが取り扱う情報
PixRotはインタースティシャル広告を表示するため、Unity LevelPlay、 ironSource AdsおよびUnity Adsを利用しています。ユーザーの端末、設定、地域、 および適用されるプライバシー上の選択に応じ、これらのサービスが端末識別子、 IPアドレス、端末・OS情報、IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域、広告の 表示・操作情報、アプリの操作情報、パフォーマンス・診断情報を取り扱う場合が あります。

3. 広告に関する選択
PixRotは、AppleのAppTrackingTransparencyフレームワークを通じて、他社の アプリやWebサイトを横断した行動のトラッキング許可を求めません。端末の プライバシーおよび広告に関する設定は、iOSまたはiPadOSの「設定」で確認・ 変更できます。法令上必要な場合、広告事業者が広告内で追加の選択肢を提供する ことがあります。広告を利用できない場合でも、ゲームは引き続きプレイできます。
4. 端末内に保存されるデータ
ゲームの進行状況、クリアしたレベル、音楽・効果音・振動の設定、その他の設定は ユーザーの端末内に保存されます。「Create Puzzle」機能で作成した絵とカスタム パズル画像も端末内に保存されます。当方のサーバーへこれらの絵や端末内ゲーム データをアップロードしたり、当方が受信したりすることはありません。端末内の データは、アプリ内で削除できる場合は該当データを削除するか、アプリをアン インストールすることで削除できます。
5. 共有、保存期間および国外移転
広告・技術情報は、UnityおよびUnity LevelPlayを通じて参加する広告パートナーへ 共有される場合があります。当方が個人情報を直接販売することはありません。 第三者サービスは各社のポリシーに従って情報を保持・処理し、ユーザーの居住国 以外で処理する場合があります。適用法令で必要とされる場合には、適切な保護措置 が講じられます。
6. セキュリティ
情報保護のため、OSのセキュリティ機能および信頼できる第三者サービスを利用 します。ただし、電子的な送信・保存方法の完全な安全性を保証することはできません。
7. 子どものプライバシー
PixRotは13歳未満の子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。当方は子どもから 個人情報を直接かつ意図的に収集しません。子どもが個人情報を提供したと思われる 場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。
8. ユーザーの権利および削除依頼
居住地域により、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限または異議などの 権利を有する場合があります。プライバシーまたは削除に関する依頼は下記窓口へ ご連絡ください。PixRotにはアカウント機能がないため、依頼の特定に端末または 広告サービスに関する情報が必要になる場合があります。Unityのプライバシー ポリシーに記載された窓口へ直接依頼することもできます。
9. 変更およびお問い合わせ
アプリ、第三者サービスまたは法令上の要件の変更に応じ、本ポリシーを更新する 場合があります。変更を公開した場合は、上記施行日を更新します。
