1. Operator and scope
This policy explains how EGG BASE LAB ("we") handles information in the POP CLASH mobile application. POP CLASH does not require an account. We do not directly request names, postal addresses, phone numbers, or email addresses in the app.
2. Information processed
The app uses Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, and Unity Ads. Depending on the user's device, settings, location, and consent, these services may process advertising identifiers, IP address, device and operating-system information, general location derived from IP address, ad impressions and interactions, app interactions, and crash or diagnostic information.
This information may be used to provide and measure ads, limit ad frequency, prevent fraud and abuse, diagnose problems, maintain the service, and improve app and advertising performance. Advertising providers may combine information as described in their own privacy policies. For details, please review the Unity Privacy Policy .
3. Consent and privacy choices
Where required by law, the app requests consent before initializing advertising services or accessing information on the device for advertising. Refusing consent does not prevent use of the game, but disables advertising features, including rewarded ads. Users can review or change their advertising privacy choice from the app's settings. Device-level advertising choices can also be changed in the privacy settings provided by iOS or Android.
4. Local game data
Game progress, coins, unlocked items, sound settings, and other preferences are stored locally on the user's device. We do not receive this local game data on our own servers. It can be deleted by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
5. Sharing, retention, and international transfers
Advertising and diagnostic information may be shared with Unity and advertising demand partners participating through Unity LevelPlay. We do not sell personal information directly. Third-party providers retain information according to their own retention policies and may process it in countries other than the user's country. Appropriate safeguards are applied where required by applicable law.
6. Security
We use platform security features and reputable third-party service providers to help protect information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Children
POP CLASH is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, please contact us.
8. Your rights and deletion requests
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal data, or to withdraw consent. To make a privacy or deletion request, contact us at the address below. Because POP CLASH has no account system, we may need device or advertising-service information to help identify a request. You may also contact Unity using the methods in its privacy policy.
9. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the app, its services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated when changes are published.

本ポリシーは、EGG BASE LAB（以下「当方」）がモバイルアプリ 「POP CLASH」で情報を取り扱う方法を説明するものです。 POP CLASHはアカウント登録を必要とせず、アプリ内で氏名、住所、 電話番号またはメールアドレスの入力を直接求めることはありません。
2. 取り扱われる情報
本アプリはUnity LevelPlay、ironSource AdsおよびUnity Adsを 利用しています。ユーザーの端末、設定、地域および同意状況に応じて、 これらのサービスが広告識別子、IPアドレス、端末・OS情報、 IPアドレスから推定されるおおよその地域、広告の表示・操作情報、 アプリの操作情報、クラッシュ・診断情報を取り扱う場合があります。
これらの情報は、広告の配信・効果測定・表示回数の制御、不正利用の防止、 問題の診断、サービスの維持、アプリおよび広告パフォーマンスの改善に 利用される場合があります。広告事業者は各社のプライバシーポリシーに 従って情報を組み合わせる場合があります。詳細は、 Unityプライバシーポリシー をご確認ください。
3. 同意およびプライバシーの選択
法令上必要な地域では、広告サービスの初期化または広告目的で端末上の 情報へアクセスする前に同意を求めます。同意を拒否してもゲームは利用 できますが、動画視聴による報酬などの広告機能は利用できなくなります。 広告に関する選択はアプリの設定から確認・変更できます。 iOSまたはAndroidが提供するプライバシー設定でも、端末単位の広告設定を 変更できます。
4. 端末内のゲームデータ
ゲームの進行状況、コイン、アンロックしたアイテム、 サウンド設定などはユーザーの端末内に保存されます。当方のサーバーが これらの端末内ゲームデータを受信することはありません。アプリの ストレージ消去またはアンインストールにより削除できます。
5. 共有、保存期間および国外移転
広告・診断情報は、UnityおよびUnity LevelPlayを通じて参加する広告需要 パートナーへ共有される場合があります。当方が個人情報を直接販売する ことはありません。第三者サービスは各社の保存方針に従って情報を保持し、 ユーザーの居住国以外で処理する場合があります。適用法令で必要とされる 場合には、適切な保護措置が講じられます。
6. セキュリティ
情報保護のため、OSのセキュリティ機能および信頼できる第三者サービスを 利用します。ただし、電子的な送信・保存方法の完全な安全性を保証する ことはできません。
7. 子どものプライバシー
POP CLASHは13歳未満の子どもを対象としたアプリではありません。 当方は子どもから個人情報を直接かつ意図的に収集しません。子どもが 個人情報を提供したと思われる場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。
8. ユーザーの権利および削除依頼
居住地域により、個人データへのアクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限・異議、 または同意撤回などの権利を有する場合があります。プライバシーまたは 削除に関する依頼は下記窓口へご連絡ください。POP CLASHにはアカウント 機能がないため、依頼の特定に端末または広告サービスに関する情報が必要に なる場合があります。Unityのプライバシーポリシー記載の窓口へ直接依頼 することもできます。
9. 変更およびお問い合わせ
アプリ、利用サービスまたは法令上の要件の変更に応じ、本ポリシーを更新 する場合があります。変更を公開した場合は、上記施行日を更新します。
