1. Operator and scope
This policy describes how EGG BASE LAB handles information in Vox Clash and when you contact us. The game does not require an EGG BASE LAB account. We do not ask players to enter their name, postal address, telephone number or email address in the game. This policy does not cover other apps published by EGG BASE LAB.
2. Game data stored on your device
Progress, coins, lives, unlocked animals and items, room layouts, preferences and purchase entitlements are stored on your device. We do not operate a server that receives these saved games. Device or operating-system backups may retain app data according to your settings. Clearing app data or uninstalling generally removes local saves; it does not cancel purchases or remove records retained by the app store or advertising providers.
3. Advertising and technical information
Vox Clash integrates Unity LevelPlay, ironSource Ads, Unity Ads and Google AdMob, together with Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) for privacy choices. Depending on platform, region, permissions and privacy choices, these providers may process IP addresses, advertising and other device identifiers, device and OS details, approximate location inferred from IP addresses, ad impressions and interactions, app interaction signals, and diagnostics. We do not request access to contacts, photos, microphone or precise GPS location for gameplay.
Advertising information is used to deliver and measure ads, administer rewarded ads, control frequency, detect fraud, and diagnose technical problems. Where permitted by your choices and applicable requirements, advertising providers may use information for personalized advertising and combine it with information they hold from other services. Their policies describe their own processing and retention.
4. Consent, tracking and your choices
Where required, regional privacy messages explain advertising choices. You can open the game’s privacy options from Settings to review available choices; the options shown depend on region and provider requirements. On iOS, permission to track across other companies’ apps and websites is requested through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. Declining that permission does not prevent gameplay and is separate from regional advertising consent.
You can play without consenting to optional advertising processing. When the required consent or other eligibility conditions are not met, advertising features, including rewarded videos, may be unavailable. You can also use your device’s privacy settings. Withdrawing consent does not undo processing that was lawful before withdrawal.
5. In-app purchases
Purchases are handled by the applicable app store. We do not receive payment-card numbers or your billing address. The app processes product identifiers, transaction identifiers and verified purchase or entitlement information to grant items, avoid duplicate grants and restore eligible purchases. Payment and transaction records maintained by the store are subject to its privacy policy. Consumable items and non-consumable purchases may have different restoration rules.
6. Children and families
Vox Clash is intended for a general audience and is not specifically designed or marketed to children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise children’s use of the game, advertising features and in-app purchases, and may use the device’s parental controls. We do not ask children to send personal information through the game.
Advertising services can process device information as described above; the presence of a child-friendly character does not mean that no data is processed. If you believe a child’s personal information has been collected or used inappropriately, contact us so that we can investigate and, where appropriate, seek deletion or coordinate with the relevant provider. Do not send a child’s full birth date, payment details or other unnecessary personal information in a support request.
7. Support inquiries
If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents and attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer questions, resolve problems and handle privacy requests. Please send only information necessary for the inquiry. Support correspondence is retained only as needed for these purposes and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
8. Sharing, retention and international processing
Advertising providers and their demand partners process information to provide their services. App stores process purchases, and email providers process support correspondence. We do not directly sell personal information. Some advertising-provider activity may qualify as sale, sharing or targeted advertising under local law; applicable opt-out choices depend on your region and the service.
Third-party records are retained under the providers’ policies and applicable obligations. Local game data remains until removed or replaced, subject to backups. Providers may process data outside your country. See their policies for retention, transfer safeguards and privacy-request channels.
9. Your rights and security
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of personal data, object to processing, withdraw consent or opt out of certain advertising uses, and complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us using the address below. As there is no EGG BASE LAB game account, we may need limited information to identify relevant support records or help direct a request to a provider. Do not send passwords or full payment details.
We use platform security features and limit the information requested for support. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure.
10. Changes and contact
We may update this policy when the game or its services change. The date above indicates the latest revision.

本ポリシーは、EGG BASE LAB（以下「当方」）による「Vox Clash」およびお問い合わせ時の情報の取り扱いを説明します。本ゲームは当方へのアカウント登録を必要とせず、ゲーム内で氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレスの入力を求めません。当方が提供する他のアプリには、それぞれのポリシーが適用されます。
2. 端末に保存するゲームデータ
進行状況、コイン、ライフ、獲得した動物・アイテム、部屋の配置、設定、購入済みの権利などは端末内に保存されます。当方はセーブデータを受信する独自サーバーを運営していません。端末やOSの設定によっては、アプリのデータがバックアップに保持される場合があります。ストレージの消去やアンインストールにより通常は端末内のデータが削除されますが、購入の取消しや、ストア・広告事業者が保持する記録の削除にはなりません。
3. 広告と技術情報
本ゲームはUnity LevelPlay、ironSource Ads、Unity Ads、Google AdMobと、プライバシーの選択に用いるGoogle User Messaging Platform（UMP）を組み込んでいます。プラットフォーム、地域、許可、プライバシーの選択に応じて、各事業者がIPアドレス、広告識別子等の端末識別情報、端末・OS情報、IPアドレスから推定するおおよその地域、広告の表示・操作情報、アプリの操作に関する情報、診断情報を処理する場合があります。ゲームのために連絡先、写真、マイク、正確なGPS位置情報へのアクセスを求めることはありません。
広告に関する情報は、配信・効果測定、動画報酬の管理、表示頻度の制御、不正防止、問題の診断に利用されます。ユーザーの選択や適用要件で認められる場合、広告事業者はパーソナライズ広告に利用したり、他のサービスで保有する情報と組み合わせたりする場合があります。各社の処理や保存期間は、それぞれのポリシーをご確認ください。
4. 同意・トラッキングと選択
必要な地域では、広告に関する選択を同意メッセージで案内します。ゲーム内の設定からプライバシーの項目を開き、利用可能な選択を確認できます。表示される選択肢は地域や事業者の要件により異なります。iOSでは、他社のアプリ・ウェブサイトを横断したトラッキングの許可をAppleのApp Tracking Transparency画面で確認します。この許可を拒否してもゲームは利用できます。地域別の広告同意とは別の選択です。
任意の広告処理に同意しなくてもプレイできます。必要な同意やその他の配信条件を満たさない場合、報酬付き動画などの広告機能を利用できないことがあります。端末のプライバシー設定も利用できます。同意の撤回は、それ以前の適法な処理に遡って影響するものではありません。
5. アプリ内課金
購入手続きは利用するアプリストアが処理します。当方はクレジットカード番号や請求先住所を取得しません。アプリは商品ID、取引ID、検証済みの購入・権利情報を扱い、アイテム付与、二重付与の防止、対象となる購入の復元に利用します。ストアが保持する決済・取引記録には各ストアのポリシーが適用されます。消費型アイテムと非消費型商品では復元の扱いが異なる場合があります。
6. 子どもと保護者の方へ
Vox Clashは一般向けのゲームであり、13歳未満の子どもに特化して制作・宣伝するものではありません。保護者の方は、ゲーム、広告機能、アプリ内課金の利用を見守り、必要に応じて端末のペアレンタルコントロールを利用してください。当方はゲームを通じて子どもに個人情報を送信するよう求めません。
広告サービスは上記のとおり端末情報等を扱う場合があります。親しみやすいキャラクターが登場することは、情報が処理されないことを意味しません。子どもの個人情報が不適切に収集・利用されたと思われる場合は、下記窓口へご連絡ください。内容を確認し、必要に応じて削除の依頼や関係事業者との連携を行います。お問い合わせに子どもの詳しい生年月日、決済情報など不要な個人情報を含めないでください。
7. お問い合わせ
メールでお問い合わせいただいた場合、メールアドレス、ご自身で送信した本文・添付ファイルを受け取ります。回答、不具合の調査、プライバシーに関する依頼への対応に利用します。必要な情報のみお送りください。やり取りは対応目的および適用される記録保持義務のために必要な期間に限って保持します。
8. 共有・保存期間・国外での処理
広告事業者とその配信パートナーはサービス提供のために情報を処理します。購入はアプリストア、お問い合わせのメールはメール事業者が処理します。当方は個人情報を直接販売しません。ただし、広告事業者の処理が地域の法令上「販売」「共有」「ターゲティング広告」に該当する場合があります。利用可能なオプトアウトは地域やサービスによって異なります。
第三者の記録は各社の方針と適用義務に従って保存されます。端末内のゲームデータは削除・更新されるまで残り、バックアップにも影響されます。各社が居住国以外で情報を処理する場合があります。保存期間、国外移転の保護措置、権利行使の窓口は各社のポリシーをご確認ください。
9. 権利と安全性
居住地域により、個人データの開示、訂正、削除、処理の制限・異議、同意撤回、特定の広告利用の停止、監督機関への申し立てなどの権利を有する場合があります。下記窓口へご連絡ください。当方のゲーム用アカウントはないため、お問い合わせ記録の特定や適切な事業者への案内に必要な最小限の情報をお願いする場合があります。パスワードや決済情報全体は送らないでください。
当方はプラットフォームの保護機能を利用し、サポートで求める情報を限定します。ただし、電子的な保存・通信の完全な安全を保証するものではありません。
10. 変更と連絡先
ゲームや利用サービスの変更に伴い、本ポリシーを更新する場合があります。上記の日付は最終更新日です。
